Pours with no head, almost looks still, slight hazy pale gold color with almost a hint of neon green
Nose brings a lot of their base golden sour, nice funk, sour acidity, little cheesy funk, just a hint of raw coconut, little buttery oak
Taste more of their base sour, a little soapy note, fair funk, souring bacteria and a little cheesy funk, bright acidity, light buttery oak, a touch of coconut flesh, fair flemmy finish
Mouth is med bod, med foamy carb, lots of acidity and a bit flemmy
Overall meh, many of their other sours were better, the coconut didn't help and it got a little soapy, and there was very little of the coconut

Decent sour. Coconut doesn't come through much but is noticeable on the finish in a nutty sort of way. Could use some funk instead of just being purely sour.

Big bubbled head reminiscent to soda pop poured over ice. It completely dies within seconds of the vigorous pour. The liquid is hazy with a dirty gold color.
Almost a Flemish Red smell of berry tartness.
Highly carbonated with a moderate level of body. The strong tart of black cherries and blackberries hits the tongue first. The finish is almost empty with only the linger sour flavor to show. I'm afraid I cannot detect any coconut flavor. Perhaps if this were served next to a similar concoction without coconut?
