A flavor combination so good that it could be criminal. Lime and passion fruit were meant to be together and nothing was going to stop them – certainly not us! So have a sip, but beware that you’re now an accessory to the lime.

An opalescent orange glows from within the pint glass (SRM 5-6). A rocky white head builds to 1" before retreating without leaving lace. Lots of rapid columns of carbonation form throughout the glass.
The aroma is very mild, with the expected passion fruit and funk. No real lime, no real depth.
Tartness is more fruity than acidic, with sweetness maintaining control. Lime is here, while the passion fruit is slight. Warmth does bring out the passionfruit, although it is never more than an afterthought. The finish is tart and lingering.
It has a thin body and soft, silk satin texture. Alcohol is more noticeable than 4.5% ought to be. Carbonation is ample.
While a fine, fruity beer, there is nothing special to discuss. However, neither is there anything objectionable. It is a pleasant distraction on an warm Spring, Sunday afternoon.

Can from the Packie
Mostly clear medium gold in color with a decent sized bubbly white head that quickly recedes. Lime and fruit dominate the nose. Flavor is tart with a fruit back and not much beer behind it.

Lime is predominant, passion fruit is secondary. Very tart, leaves lingering taste after sip. Leaves up to billing on can, for sure.
