A twelve ounce pour at the brewery in a snifter glass.
Look- A brilliant cloudy yellow with a baby finger of soapy white foam. It looks like liquid sunshine!
Smell- Lemon zest, straw, wet grass, mild brett funk.
Taste- Lemon zest, tart candy, floral notes, straw, oak and mild brett.
Feel- Light, slightly tingly and tart with a dry finish.
Overall- A pleasantly flavorful and easy drinking beer I could crush on a hot day. Transient definitely has their fingerprints on this beer. I hope this finds it's way into the summer lineup.
