Vanished Valley Brewing

For this XP Batch we decided to switch it up! This Saison was brewed with a blend of both Belgian and American grains to provide a solid malt backbone. Going against the grain we tipped the IBU scale with a decent amount of Motueka hops! The flavor profile features a mild spiciness from the selected yeast strain along with delicate citrus and fruit flavors.
