Canned 11/30/21
Opened and reviewed on 5/24/22

Look: A hazy two-tones gold color, thin white foam is right on. Perhaps not pale enough for the style but it looks good.

Nose: A very potent aroma, husky grains, deep herbs, green tea and a Sweet n' juicy fruity thing. Sweet n sour fruits at the max for this.

Feel and flavor: Crisp, even after several months in the can. Flows pretty smooth after, with a hefty malt profile. Definitely not delicate enough. This falls into Lager land. Sweet and herbal golden malted grains are pretty bold for the style. Complexity is high, maybe too high. But it certainly is tasty.

Overall: Not exactly spot-on style wise, but bonus points for flavor.

This beer was horrible. It is not a Pilsner and tastes like dishwater.

This smells like acetaldehyde and the acetaldehyde taste is there also, masked by the hops added. The color is off also, too dark for a pils IMO. I wasn’t a fan of this offering.
