Poured from the bottle into a nonic pint glass.
Big frothy forming cotton candy like pink head out of the bottle, making a good three fingers of fine foam, that dissolves to an eventual pencil collar. Body is a more muted raspberry and brown, with opaque appearances.
Real nice tangy aroma. Large amounts of strawberry to raspberry big fruit. Juicy tones with some light acidic qualities and touches of faint lacto sourness. Hints with a good sense of sweetness that doesn't come off artificial.
Palate makes some simpler in roads. Light bodied, with a slight mineral carbonation that's a bit flattened. Fruity strawberry tones with a good flavor but doesn't have much malt depth for support. Sourness also seems a bit subdued but adds a little edge of balance, but doesn't last for very long.
Simple fruited sour, but seems to lack much of the sour edge. The fruit quality is exceptional but lacks a bit more malt depth and body to make the beer more fuller and better tasting.
