A collaboration with Brew and Roll, this is an imperial black bitter, brewed in April 2018. Weird, atypical of any style, but I like it. Pours black but thin like a "black IPA" or "Cascadian ale," but it does indeed taste more like an ESB than IPA. Mild bitterness, malt balance, a touch of fruit, but... darker? An oddball but a good one.
