Pale amber in color and cloudy with a thin white head. Smells grassy and a little sour-citrusy. The taste is somewhat breadlike, perhaps less than I might have liked, with some banana notes, tending slightly toward the kind of bitterness I don't like. Light bodied, some carbonation. Not bad.
