Tivoli is "I LOVE IT" backwards, so what's not to like! One of the few hybrid beer styles that became popular as the push towards maintaining the flavor of a pilsner with the fermentation speed of an ale. A cream ale begins its life as a lager and ends as an ale.

On tap at brewery:
Compared to their Hofbrau Pilsner, this is a smoother and a bit more floral version. I have no idea if they are similar recipes, but they are vaguely similar in flavor profile.
A golden and clear brew, it is a little darker than their pilsner, we'll go deep golden. Head is less impressive, with a few spots of lacing.
Nose is fairly neutral, with an adjunct (I'd guess corn) note more than anything else.
Feel is smoother, and has a little more heft, as expected from an ale. Adjunct is more noticeable than malt in the opening, but the floral bitterness seems to work together with it.
A nice, smooth drinking beer that may lean a little to the sweet side for me.
