Crisp, clean, light and refreshing. Lightly floral and melony. Touch of clover honey. Nice.

Pours a clear golden color with a white head that leaves little bits of lacing.
Smells of some bright fruits and grainy malts.
Tastes of the fruits and some pale malts. Fruit notes lead off with melon, white grape, and apple. This gives way to some syrupy and grainy sweetness. Floral and grassy hops come through. A bit of pepper and clove makes its way out towards the end. Finishes fairly dry with some lingering fruits and spice,
Mouthfeel is medium with a sooth amount of carbonation.
Overall, this is a solid saison, but it could use more of a yeast character.
