Aged in red wine barrels with Brett added. Blackberry's and brett are present. Mild funky aroma. No sourness in taste, and brett adds a dryness to balance out the blackberry in the flavor. Brett is a fickle beast to add to beers and can be overpower and too dry at times. This one is kinda on the edge but they pulled it off. Overall its decent, but missing alot of the complexities and could be a little more sour to be take it up a level to some of other wild saisons out there.
