On tap at the brewery. Pours yellow, high clarity. The head fades into a foam ring that yields very little lacing.
The flavor is fairly sweet, fruity, mild malt and hops bitterness. Grassy notes, white peaches, a little jammy. Tastes like there is some wild yeast in the mix.
On the finish the fruity sweetness fades into dry tanginess that is fairly crisp.
A nice rustic Saison.
