Not the typical saison at 8.7%. Dark amber color with thin head. Smell of dry fruit and grains. The taste follows the smell with addition of honey sweetness and loght spice finish. With the abv I expected more of an alcohol taste, but it is very drinkable. Much better tasting as it warms. This ranks as my favorite saison.
