The beer pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of coriander and orange notes, with some strong Belgian yeast and biscuit malt notes thrown in. The flavor has a few additional notes. I get a lot of cedar in the flavor, as well as some black pepper and coriander. There is also some Belgian yeast and biscuit malt, as well as some orange and perfume notes from the hop additions. Medium mouthfeel and low to medium carbonation. A nice, fairly complex saison. Glad I got to try it.
