My go-to for the past two years. Suprisingly straight-forward and tasty for a beer with such a high ABV. Highly recommend.

Two months old. Very very cloudy, lot of particulates. Fluffy head and lacing. Smell is citrusy, dank, and bitter, but all of those are stronger than the taste. Slightly creamy, medium bodied, thick, boozy. Interesting.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a hazy, medium golden amber with a three finger white head with great retention and thick lacing; looks great. Aroma of pale malt, citrus, piney and dank hops, orange, pineapple and herbal dankness. Flavor is pale malt with a hint of caramel, citrus and dank hops, orange, lemon, pineapple and vague mixed tropical fruit; moderate citrus rind and slightly piney bitter finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. There is nothing I appreciate more than pouring an IPA that looks like a hazy New England style, hoping for the best and getting some solid bitterness from the hops. This was one of those times. A solid malt base supports some interesting hop flavors with great citrus as well as some tropical notes and dankness. It's a bit muddled, really, but ultimately I really liked the herbal hop flavors here. My can was probably not supa' fresh from this East Coast brewery, but the hops are still bright and flavorful. Solid bitterness finishes things off nicely. I was very pleased with this and would definitely take a chance on another hazy from this brewery.

16oz can from Tavour. Pale yellow, pour, hazy, lasting cap of creamy head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, vanilla. Taste is light citrus, juicy, milky notes. Creamy feel, smooth. So easy to drink.

Look...Excellent color. The way i usually like to see with a turbid double IPA. Light juice color with ample carbonation and lacing.def cannot see through.
Smell...Dank fruit bitter citrus pithy sweet dryness. A juicy sweet hop with bitter coming through on the burn...........
Taste...melon sweetness followed by a dank and bitter dryness. Juicy pleasant experience.
Feel...full bodied rich juice combined with a carbonation that seems very fitting. Thin lacing dissipating slowly with some warming and time.
Overall...A very nice beer brewed about 4 miles from here. This is def solid

Was lucky enough to visit the brewery while they had this on tap as it is only made a few times a year and it did not disappoint, one of the better beers I have ever had.
Hazy golden/yellow
Dank/fruity smell hints of pineapple as said in other reviews
Fruity taste with definitely can tell they have upped the hops from the original phresh
Feel was very smooth, supa' easy to drink and made me wish it was produced more often
Overall my favorite Alvarium has made and I have tried most of their rotating IPAs/NEIPAs along with the usual ones, high ABV but does not taste/smell/feel like it.

A: cloudy; pale gold in color; 1 finger ivory head that receded to a splotchy cap; OK lacing;
S: pineapple;
T: ripe pineapple with a solid malt backbone from start to finish; mild bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; dry finish; soft; hides the ABV well;
O: dangerously easy to drink;
