Poured from a 16oz can stamped 03/09/23 GREEN OUT WITH YOUR WEEN OUT to a Nonic at fridge temp.
The body pours out opaque light yellow and the white puffy head looks like it could support a coin.
This beer smells of citrus rind volatiles, pine resin and alcohol.
The taste kind of stings. Between the citrus, alcohol effect and a little hop burn it's a real hit to the mouth. Don’t read too much into that, this beer is still enjoyable.
The mouth feel is medium plus. Carbonation is appropriate.
This beer is not bad, but I would like to try it on tap at the brewery some time and see if it is a little less harsh.

16oz can into a schooner. Poured fairly thin especially given the fine two fingers of head that resulted. Beautiful tight cloud that floated forever as did the lacing. Color is dark straw, glimmers of tea, cosmic, iridescent, swirling goodness. Smell: mild notes of citrus, peach, cantaloupe. Taste is a beautiful, balanced, refreshing, soft melon, peach, mango, papaya, a little dank, all are nuanced and not too sweet. Surprisingly low alcohol taste that belies the 8% ABV. Mouthfeel, as with the taste, perfectly balanced. Exactly how I want it to be: right in the middle sweet spot between thin and viscous. This beer is stellar. I love it and will go back for more. Alvarium should be commended for yet another excellent one!
