Nucleated Tulip
Look: Opaque red-orange color, pouring a 1 finger head which dissipated into a moderate ring
Smell: Pineapple, lime juice, and cherry coke
Taste: Starts off with sweet molasses which leads to pineapple, orange juice and strong lime tartness. The finish is zesty and malty
Feel: Light-med body, with a clean finish
Overall: This is a cool brew with lots of complexity

Look...Not looking too good murky red with low carbonation.
Smell...sour citrus with a small hint of sweetness. Rice with some yeast smell
Taste... a tip of grapefruit and rice sour then into a touch of sweetness with enough staying power dryness to balance the finish. Plum peel sweet sour with a faint hint of strawberry. acid burn.
Feel...Thin juiciness texture with a low carbonation. Thin almost non existent head after open for ten minutes. no lacing
Overall...I have had a few sours but have yet to rate one. I believe I rated it lower inevitably because of my inherit bias. At least saying that my numbers might not quite add up to the guy who loves sours. I do not believe it is badly constructed just not my type of beer most of the time. I believe paired correctly with food I would find this more enjoyable. I am glad this was a gift because i would of probably gifted them to someone else most of the time.
