Purchased at the source yesterday cold. Unfortunately, the purchaser (not me) left it in a warm car for 3-hours. Refrigerated immediately until served. Poured to a pretentious tulip-like glass from a 16oz can dated 4/30/25.
The beer body is extremely opaque and the color of apricot/peach flesh. An aggressive white head forms, but falls to a single layer within a minute or so. Lacing is clingy, some foam falling within 10-seconds, some staying for..well until another sip.
The aroma is of strawberries and a background of citrus.
There is berry in the taste, but resin dominates. The alcohol is not hidden.
The mouthfeel is average for the style. I think it could use a little more carbonation. Ironically its not "sticky".
Not too bad, but a little on the brutal side for resin and alcohol. Not that that’s a bad thing for everyone. Maybe its a sign of heat damage.

Served on tap in a pint
Appearance - Served a hazy amber brew with a light head. Head fades fast leaving a light lace.
Smell - The aroma is of a bready and malty smell mixed with tropics and some orange and sweet fruit of apricot
Taste - The taste follows the nose well, with lots of bready and caramel smells, as well as some fruit. There is a bit of herb and grass as well as some wheat, leaving one with a nice easy taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body is medium full with a medium carbo. Good overall.
Overall - A decent brew but nothing too exceptional.

Nice full-flavored IPA. No harshness, yet lots of flavor.

Look...Murky lighter yellow with no see through. A look in this style I desire. White head
Smell...sticky pineapple mango and a way above average smell and borderline fragrant and hop citrus.
Taste...Poignant pineapple with a full aggressive mango starfruit with a tangy assertiveness and making it not too syrupy or too sweet..
Feel...excellent lacing foamy excellence. I expect a lot of Double IPA's and this holds up
Overall...This is very nice and maybe some will love it. I will definitely enjoy this one and will definitely buy again. Like having this brewery only 4 miles from here. a clouded market but a really good attempt at the style. Way to go Hard Hittin' New Britain
