Simply put, this is dessert in a glass. The use of blueberries, lemon, cream cheese, graham cracker, cinnamon, oat milk, lactose, molasses and vanilla come together to form an experience unlike anything you've drank before.
Pure blueberry cheesecake square in a glass!

Big thanks to my sister Vanessa for grabbing me this Crumble series mixed four pack.
The liquid poured a viscous and completely opaque, light violet hue that was reminiscent of melted boysenberry ice cream. A dense, frothy cap topped the liquid and quickly melded into the body. There was no lacing, but a wall of fine sediment coated the glass.
The aroma was interesting. Berry notes were most apparent. Blackberry would be my first guess, but I could imagine blueberry as well. Tart lemon-lime notes also came through strong. There was a subtle sweet floral quality that reminded me of jasmine or orange blossom. Orange creamsicle was also noticeable. Touch of pastry-like sweetness. As the beer warmed, the floral notes intensified and became rather distracting.
Berry notes also dominated in the flavor profile. Again, blackberry would be my first guess. Intense lemon-lime notes appeared as the beer moved along the palate and intensified on the back end and in the finish. A bitter, lime rind-like quality lingered in the finish.
Nice rich, creamy, full bodied mouthfeel. Creamy and slick on the palate, like a fruit smoothie. Slightly grainy. The liquid contained a finer beaded, subtle effervescence.
Blueberry Crumble is an unusual fruited sour ale that became less appealing as it warmed. This beer contains a laundry list of adjuncts, but unfortunately most were completely undetectable. I am curious as to how this compares to the other three beers in the mixed four pack.
