Simply put, this is dessert in a glass. The use of peach, plum, blackberry, cream cheese, graham cracker, cinnamon, oat milk, lactose, molasses and vanilla come together to form an experience unlike anything you've ever drank before.

Big thanks to my sister Vanessa for grabbing me this Crumble series mixed four pack.
The beer poured a viscous and completely opaque, deep oxblood hue. A frothy, finger-tall, light mauve colored cap topped the body and fell to a thin film that lasted until the drink’s end. There was no true lacing, but as the liquid receded, a thick wall of sediment coated the glass.
The aroma was fruity but nuanced. Fresh peach came through strongest. Berry notes were apparent as well. There was a subtle but sweet, coffee cake-like quality too. Hint of plum perhaps. As the beer warmed, the peach came and went in waves.
The flavor profile was intensely tart. Despite this being a fruited sour, I had a difficult time figuring out what any of the fruits were in this. That said, underripe raspberries, blackberries and cranberries might be my first guesses. Lemon notes appeared as the beer moved along the palate. Hint of cinnamon too. More lemony tartness on the back end and the finish.
The mouthfeel was rich and viscous. Creamy, slick and smooth, like a fruit smoothie. The liquid contained a super fine, mellow effervescence.
This was the second beer I tried in the Alvarium Crumble mixed four pack, and it was just as lackluster as the first one (Blueberry Crumble). In both beers, the sourness came across as completely overwhelming.
