Simply put, this is dessert in a glass. The use of key limes, cream cheese, graham cracker, cinnamon, oat milk, lactose, molasses and vanilla come together to form an experience unlike anything you've drank before.
Pure key lime cheesecake square in a glass!

Big thanks to my sister Vanessa for grabbing me this Crumble series mixed four pack.
The beer looked pretty crazy on the pour. Thick, gloppy and milky white with a subtle yellow hue - not too dissimilar from liquified key lime pie filling. The body contained large white particles that stuck along the glass. There was a fine residual sediment that coated the glass as well.
The aroma was fantastic and smelled just like key lime pie. Big, tart lime notes dominated but were well matched by a sweet, lactose-like creaminess. Good dose of cinnamon and vanilla was well. The graham cracker note was also detectable. Very impressive overall.
The flavor profile was also solid but not quite as balanced as the nose. Key lime notes again dominated but were definitely more tart here. Some lactose-like sweetness/creaminess was noticeable in the center. Bit of cinnamon and graham cracker as well. More lime and tartness on the back end and in the finish.
Nice rich, fuller bodied mouthfeel. Creamy, slick and smooth on the palate. The liquid contained a super fine and subtle effervescence.
Of the four beers I drank in the Crumble mixed pack, this one was definitely the best of the bunch. Unlike the others, the tartness in the flavor profile seemed appropriate and worked really well.
