Every year, Barr Hill Gin sponsors a “Bee’s Knees” weeklong event where they help replenish a habitat for bees for every Bee's Knees cocktail ordered nationally. Notes of tart lemon juice with a hint of juniper berries and sweetened with wildflower honey for a smooth finish.
