This collab with Untappd uses locally-processed pineapple (RIPE), local malts (Thrall Family Malt), local hops (DeFrancesco Farm Hops) along with brown sugar, molasses, cinnamon and clove to emulate Tepache; the fermented pineapple beverage popular in Mexico. Tart, pineapple sweetness, light rumminess and a spicy finish.
