Made exclusively with Italian barley and hopped with German varietals. Subtle notes of orchard fruit, mint, watermelon rind, and wildflower honey with a balanced bitterness and full body. Naturally carbonated for a smooth mouthfeel.

From notes from my trip to Vancouver
Appearance: Two and a half fingers of head with ample lace, solid carbonation and a perfect bright brass body. Perfect on this front.
Smell: Herbal, as light floral hops are accented with mint with notes of watermelon rind. It's beautiful and unique, but the downside is warming while helping, just didn't let is reach a strong enough potency.
Taste: Extremely clean, mild bread malt with a hint of watermelon taste that gives was to mint and honey as floral hops that don't get out of control round things out.
Mouthfeel: Very clean, as mild floral hops are the only thing present in the aftertaste. The carbonation really offers that soapy/sudsy feel to it and it's transitioning is solid.
Drinkability: Easy to drink, lovely to savor, and doesn't even give a hint of it's higher ABV. Also hits a nice spot of being right between low and medium body, and while it does come across as a bit ritzy, it's still very approachable.
Final Thoughts: While I haven't cracked open the beer I managed to bring home, this by far was the best beer of my trip out to Vancouver. Sipping this just before having some excellent pizza makes me wish they'd transplant themselves to Hamilton. If I was in Vancouver again, I'd probably try to make a detour for this. I was greatly saddened that this wasn't available in cans to take home, but at least I got their regular pilsner, and it's even half a good, that is a win. Thumbs way up.
