Fermented with our house-culture of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus and re-fermented on hundreds of pounds of fresh Apricots from the Naramata Bench. It pours a cloudy orange with a soft, mousse-like head. Aromas of fresh and dried apricot lead to flavours of ripe stone fruit and subtle brett funk. The finish is a lovely balance of jammy sweetness and bright acidity, with a medium body.

16oz can served in a pair of WABL glasses. No date that I can find. Bought it at the brewery a few months ago.
Pours a slightly hazy yellow. Small head. Smell is nice, super apricot and peach.
Taste is kettle sour and peaches and nectarines.
Mouthfeel is very dry, pretty light. Overall, it's not bad.
