On tap. Poured cloudy, golden color with a small, bubbly white head of foam. It smelled of cracked wheat, orange peel and spices. Sweet wheat flavor with some spice.

a well made, to style, and low alcohol wit, perfectly refreshing and quite an easy drinker. its full flavored and its high quality, but there really isnt anything distinct or special about it, which makes it the only beer i had in here that didnt have its own little inventiveness to it. very delicate look to it, a really light haze and a bright color and prominent white head. the coriander is relaxed in the nose, and there is a touch of wheaty sweetness for a second as well, even a light hop note in the aroma. the taste is all malt up front, sweet for a flash, but relaxing into a belgian yeasty experience with citrus notes and an herbal freshness about it. a slight too warm belgian candy note comes and goes really quickly, almost not even there, and it finishes rather tame with a little bitter citrus peel. fuller bodied for the style but it ends on the drier side, and has fantastic carbonation. i could have made an evening of this one if they didnt have so many other exciting beers to try in here. from a technical standpoint this is very good stuff. impressive for such a new operation.

Pours a hazy lemon yellow color with a fresh whispy head. Smell of wheat ,coriander and grapefruit Taste follows nose nice orange peel mixed with spice and wheat very little biterness. Crisp well carbed mouth feel lead to a dry spicy.fruity finish , Drinkable & tasty with low ABV, im in on this one.
