Days in the sun and nights in the rain. Summer is over. Simple and plain. We made a beer that's good for the pain. This one is made with all summer hops from Australia. As far as we know, the last lot we'll ever be able to get of it. We're not sad it's gone, that's just smoke in our eyes. Let's raise a tall glass to short days.

Hazy (of course!), dull orange color, large and lasting ivory head.

In the nose: floral and fruity, bright citrus. Touch of honey, lingering dryness. Quite nice.

In the mouth: Citrus fruit blast. Brisk bitterness. Fresh 'n' zesty. Tropical fruit notes hit up against citrus and hop bitterness blazes. Tasty tango Increasingly delicious.

One more in a long string of satisfying India Pale Ales from BlackStack.

Can. Off white head with a lot of lace. Hazy golden sunset.

This is a melon and papaya bomb. Some notes of honey sweetness. A touch of bitterness. Some orange peel. Very drinkable. A definite winner if you like the melon flavor. BS with another great NE IPA.

Poured from 16oz can into glass. No dating information found on label or on can.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. One finger one head, stocks around as creamy cap. Sheets of lacing left behind.
Lots of melon and citrus in the aroma.
Taste has melon and lemon (without bitterness). Slight taste of apricot and papaya. Slight bite but smooths out at the end.
Slurpy, medium mouth feel. Good carbonation.
Has different hop flavors that lack bitterness but reminds me of a late orchard harvest. Very smooth. One per session is enough.
