Brewed in collaboration with Ramsey and the rest of our homies at Ansari’s Mediterranean Grill and Lounge to celebrate 10 years in business as one of the finest sud slingers around. We chose Galaxy, Cashmere, Mosaic and Nelson in ‘third time through the lunch buffet’ amounts because you only hit double digits once.

Blackstack did an amazing job in hiding the alcohol in this one. This will destroy your taste buds; it's absolutely bold. Hazy pour with tropical notes on the nose. It drinks as it smells, bold, bold, and bold. The finish is spot on as it hangs around but not too long. I would seek it out if they released it again.

I found a place that seems to regularly single out Blackstack beers, so perhaps I can keep trying them before committing. 16 oz. can to augment the 10 oz. draft pour from Ansari’s a couple weeks back.
The pour is goopy orange juice with enough sediment to cover the bottom of the glass in about half an inch of unappealing, nasty-ass, light brown ass-glop. So much for visual appeal. The best tropical nose I’ve sniffed on a MN NE IPA in a while.
Belly Dance amps up the MN juice game – no need for any fruit tomorrow. Massive amount of mango, pineapple, citrus, & white grapes, all slathered in a slurry of concentrated sugar. Holy sweetness. No offsetting bitterness to tame this shrew. Thick. Four ounces would have been perfect.
Was really looking forward to this. The first ounce was great, second good, third OK, fourth & beyond is becoming a chore. I have a Slow Clap in the fridge. In the span of a couple months I’ve gone from buying four packs of every Blackstack release to singles, & soon, that too, will become a memory. Way, way, way, way too bloody sweet.

Can. White head. Hazy dark sunset gold.
Orange juice and pine apple. Very tropical. The abv doesn’t show which is nice. Not sure how this is 10%. Medium bodied.

Pours a hazy straw yellow color. Smell has woody, spicy notes with citrus and vanilla. Taste follows nose its a hop dish.. while tropical at times with citrus and pineapple i also got notes of vanilla coconut, wite wine and berries from the mosaic . The mouth feel is soft and smooth but also has a sweet bitterness in the finish. 10% is hardly percieved but is felt towards the end of the pint.
