Had on tap. Wasn't sure what from a farmhouse ipa, but of course I had to try it out of curiosity. Does well to capture some hazy citrus to pair with some saison like rustic yeast, hay and breadiness. Only issue is an odd fennel like flavor here and there. Slightly robust with some creaminess toward the finish. Smell is the dud though, where the yeast and hops seem to fight each other and cancel each other out in comparison to taste, lots of yeasty lemon is the result. Fun experiment!

Norwegian farmhouse ipa. On tap at the brewery. This is an interesting beer that tastes like a cross between a saison and a hazy ipa. It’s very unique and combines both elements. Would be great on a hot summer day.
