This is the first time we’ve put anything from our foeder program into cans and we’re pretty pumped. We racked our foeder-fermented berliner base onto 4 pounds per gallon of black currants, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries.

Can. Pink purple head. Dark purple color.
Jammy and tart. A bit acidic and a bit citrusy. Lots of raspberry and raspberry seeds.
Too sour and acidic for me. I like other BS beers better.
