The first DIPA we ever brewed is back for another rotation. Tropical hop juice with some of our all time ride or dies: Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and Galaxy. We tweaked the grain bill and dry hopping schedule (read: more) to reflect how our approach to brewing hoppy beer has evolved since the first time around and are extremely stoked for you to taste where we landed with this one.

Updated recipe with new grain bill and dry hopping. What a difference it made.
Can. White head with lace. Hazy golden yellow color.
Juicy and tropical. A bit of dank. Melon, mango, spicy hops. Orange and hints of strawberry. Full bodied and full of flavor. Fairly soft with a nice hop bite in the finish to show off all those hops.
