16oz can from Tavour. Pale, hazy yellow, fizzy head. Soft citrusy aroma, grapefruit peel, floral notes. Taste is more of the muted citrus flavors, mostly grapefruit and faint floral. Mild dryness and bitterness

Can. White head with lace. Hazy pale yellow color. One of my favorite 755 variants. This one is loaded with melon, honeydew, mango, and a bit of orange. Soft, juicy, and really easy drinking.

Poured from 16oz tall can into my BeerAdvocate teku. There's no date on the can but I'm given to understand this is a very recent release.
Appearance: light yellow hue, with a milky, turbid haze. Head is a finger of frothy ivory foam -- nice.
Smell: a light orange character with some mild tropical fruitiness. It has the classic, sweet-n-creamy "orange julius" character that a good NEIPA has, although the volume could be a little bit louder.
Taste: sweet, creamy, low-bitterness; the hop character is really hard to pin down for me. it's green, but not grassy; it's tropical, but there's not a specific fruit that stands out; it has a dash of citrus, but is not explicitly orangey. I really like it, and it's really hard to put into words. So there ya go!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and a good creaminess for the style.
Overall: this beer just works for me. it's not the most dramatic or juicy hazy IPA I've ever had, but it has a subtle delight all its own and a flavor profile I don't think I've really encountered before. Motueka FTW, eh?
