The beer pours well, forming a deep, hazy yellow with a moderate foam that quickly dissapates to a thin remembrance of lace. An aroma of tangerine wafts immediately from the glass. A taste quickly reveals a highly astringent tangerine citrus flavor with only the briefest of vanilla promise. This is a shockingly sour beer that doesn't waver in its' flavor committment. The beer cries out for an accompaniment of some sort to balance the puckerability factor. While among the far end of sour beers, the 16 ounces quickly vanishes.
