From the second of four tallboys recently purchased and recently canned, into an imperial pint glass. Looks great: very hazy and chalky pale orange, 1 finger of head and great lacing. Nose is berries, greenish underripe mango and papaya, grapefruit, and something that is a little herbal; also doughy white bread. Taste follows the nose…great note, but lacks a little bit in terms of layers. This is one of the better uses of Cashmere and El dorado hops that I’ve had. integrating them with simcoe and citra works out very well. A little lively edge together with a soft mouthful. This is a very tasty offering.

Another solid offering from Black Stack.
A Mix of grapefruit and orange with moderate bitterness on the finish. Soft mouthfeel makes it very easy to drink.

Pours a hazy yellow straw color with good lacing and head. Smell is fruity and tropical . Taste has citrus berries, melon and herbal hops. Mouth feel is soft with mild dryness and bitterness in finish. This is a quintessential NEIPA @ 7 % well made for the style.
