Our favorite fog dog gets some flashy new threads in the form of a third dry hop full up with a deliciously fruity lot of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin after the first two of our hand selected Azacca, Amarillo & Citra. Saturated salutations from our house to yours.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour, small, spotty white head. Aroma is light citrus with floral notes. Taste is fruity, sweet, citrus zest, soft bready malts and a hint of floral. Smooth drinker.

Fine mostly cloudy, light yellow-orange body; lively carbonation; thick, white head, frothy and semi-creamy; decent rings and patches of foam step down the glass. Light, fresh citrus aroma combing elements of lemon and tangerine. The taste reinforces citrus-like elements with a noticeable presence of Nelson Sauvin character, light and partially dry white wine; little hop bitterness noted. Medium body with a light, dry tartness.
This is a nicely crafted double dry hopped India pale ale, balanced with a fine complexity.
Poured at 53 F; no canning date noted.

Can. White head. Hazy golden yellow.
Earthy, lemony, zesty. Soft and juicy, but has a citrusy vibe to it. Smooth, soft, easy drinking. A bit of grassy hops. Ripe melon.

Pours a hazy pale golden color with good head and lacing. Smell is fruity with berries and grapes. Taste has a fruity herbal note first with passion fruit and white wine notes . Mouth feel soft more dry than sweet. Nothing over the top here but a good easy drinking Nelson IPA.
