16oz can. No dating information found. Admonition on label of "ROLL BEFORE CONSUMING".
Turgid, puce colored body. Hard pour brought forth a brief pinkish head. Leaves behind a tiny lacing pattern.
Aroma is strawberry and vanilla, along with a sourness from the kettle souring.
Taste is surprisingly tart; I though this would be a sweet beer. Has some strawberry and vanilla sweetness however. Strawberry lingers in the aftertaste.
Thick mouth feel. There must be some carbonation, but not much of a fizz when opened.
Overall a good tasting brew, but quite "non-beer" like. Alcohol is well hidden. Quite thick for a kettle sour.
