Our homies from Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. came back up to get prehistoric again. To pay homage to their Dino classics & the not infrequent jokes about the amount of plants in our taproom, we used with earth rattling quantites of our Hand-Selected Mosaic & Mosaic Cryo with TG’s Hand Selected Citra, Mosaic Nelson Sauvin & that new hotness, Riwaka, from their super secret stash. Lots of oil. Tread Lightly.

Crowler. White head. Hazy orange gold color.
Blackstack sweetness. Mango, orange, melon, honeydew, papaya. Juicy, tropical, but the abv shows a bit with this one.
Solid, but I prefer their singles and doubles more.

This has a picture of Psuedo Sue onnit and is labeled The Lost World *Triple* IPA... let's go
Lighter color, hazed out. Smell is subdued, alcoholic. The taste is initially just a huge garlic and onion bomb. The alcohol is hidden except in feel. Very oily and resinous, as they say on the label. It expands on the palate as it warms, into this big, intensely sweet piece of Mnt. Dew flavored hop-candy; just a big chewy chunk of densely layered green-skinned fruit and dank weed flavored cracker malt. Major league slugger in the vein of Psuedo Sue
