16oz can into a pint glass.
L: Pours a yeast hazed honey straw yellow w/a rocky eggshell white 1" head that recedes to thick edge foam, fair carbonation, random lacing.
S: Caramelized malts, citrus rind, bread dough, a hint of berries. Does not have a big aroma.
T: Caramelized malts, floral citrus hops, light melon, somewhat bready & moderately fruity, a gentle bitterness involving grapefruit, lemon & light pine is all around it.
F: Lightly fluffy, crisp, semi-soft medium bodied mouth feel w/a clean, medium length non-drying finish.
O: A curiously very good tasting American WCIPA utilizing Italian Pilsner malt over Mosaic & Strata hops. It is flavorful, well balanced and is excellent in it's style.

Light foamy white top that quickly dissipates. It presents a pristine clear golden apple juice color. The smell is not very strong, but it has a pleasant light citrus and pine scent. The taste is piney with prominent grapefruit and lemon flavors. The mouthfeel is light, smooth, and crisp. Overall, this is a nice, easy-drinking beer.

Earthy undertones.

Here we are a true WCIPA from Blackstack. It pours a clear light golden color with fair head and lacing. Smell is fruity piney and herbal . Taste has citrus grapefruit pine resins with caramel malts.Mouth feel not so bitter more soft than dry some pine resin with medium carbonation A good try at a WCIPA but missed the mark so lower score . Still tasty thou.
