One of our dearest friends of many years and former coworker recently passed. Otis loved many things, including, but not limited to: his family, his friends, his French heritage, his dog Bootsy, First Avenue & Paris Saint-Germain. But few things gave him more joy or satisfaction than taking credit for having been the first one to have shown you any musical artist, song, film, book, tv show, comedian, ramen shop, cocktail bar, vintage store or place to buy Jordans... regardless of whether this was factual or not. Overly exuberant additions of our hand selected Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Experimental HBC 630 & Strata. Rest easy borther, we're gonna miss you dearly.

Pours a hazy golden orange with a finger of head that dissipates to a thin cap with some lacing. Up front aroma of pineapple with some mango and papaya. Taste follows nose. On the creamy side. Very nice.

Can. Whit head with some lace. Hazy golden sunset.
Juicy, tropical, soft. Pineapple is the biggest note. Orange, melon, floral and earthy hops. Faint bitterness. Solid.

Appearance: Pours a nearly completely hazy (10% clarity), light golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 6-7. (4.25)
Aroma: Strong aromas upfront of pineapple that quickly evolves into a strong mango cream aroma. Some citrus and tropical melon and papaya notes underneath. (4.50)
Flavor: Follows the nose but the complexity increases. Strong and juicy flavors of orange and grapefruit, cantaloupe melon, papaya, with a predominate honeydew melon sweetness. A slightly sweet finish. (4.25)
Feel: Medium to heavier bodied. Lower than average carbonation. Lean sweet and lingers a bit. (4.00)
Compared to Equilibrium To Space We Go 8/5/22: Pours a lighter color, milder head. Similar mango aromas, but more tropical. Similar mango cream flavor, but more tropical melon and papaya. Less green notes. Similar body and sweetness. Overall, decently similar.
Compared to BlackStack Trust the Process 9/29/22: Pours identical. Milder aromas. More orange, and honeydew melon flavors. Less pink grapefruit, green citrus/pineapple, and sweet mango. Slightly more astringent and less juicy. Winner: Trust the Process
Overall: A fantastic NEIPA here. BlackStack is really starting to get this Strata thing down. And I mean consistently. This one has a strong honeydew melon flavor. Lots of sweet melon and papaya More sweet orange citrus as it warms. Definitely worth picking up. (Rating: 4.29)

Pours a hazed golden color with a nice white head . Smell is juicy floral and tropical . Taste has notes of Citrus,melon mango pineapple and papaya. Mouth very juicy a little boozy in finish ,very good.
