More like Awk-toberfest, amirite? We actually quite enjoy drinking these type of beers into the fall, so we figured we'd release it the first week of October... so like 2-4 months after most folks. We brewed this beer with Weyermann Malt & spunded for natural carbonation as an homage to the endlessly gulpable biers you'll find at the tents in Munich during Oktoberfest festivities. Where is everyone going? We just got here.

Crystal clear golden body, big white head, tons of lacing in bands, blond and dots. Super bready nose with honey malt, slight cereal grain and very mild hops. Taste is much the same, getting some southern biscuit nuances added. Feel is clean and smooth, yeast is the star here in a full and sneaky vibrant way. Bravo!

16 ounce can, 08/07/25 stamped on the label. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this can! Served in a dimpled mug, the beer pours a mostly clear gold color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like bready/grainy malt and some herbal hops. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some caramel flavor. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one, certainly worth trying if you get the chance!

Aroma is bread/malts, spicy hops and slightly earthy. The flavor is malts/grains/bread, German lager yeast, mild fruit and a slightly spicy noble hop finish.

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This decent little fest pours a pale
golden with moderate head of white foam that subsides to a thick ring, thin
dusty layer, and sports some light lacing. Nose of grains, caramel, and breaded malts
with a touch of herbal hops. Flavors follow the nose with breaded malts, rich caramel,
and medium grain notes amongst some light floral and herbal hop notes. Mouth feel
is medium, medium carbonation that is lively, and a balanced sweet and lightly herbal
and floral hop finish.
Overall, well presented for the style.
Cheers

BlackStack Late To The Party Festbier, 6% ABV. Pours golden with a five-finger off-white head that left no lacing. Aroma is bready and sweet malt. Taste follows, slightly sweet malt, slightly bitter. Decent mouthfeel, overall very good.

From a 16oz can with no date.
This beer is a clear golden pouring beer. Nice waft of carbonation bubbles rising in the glass. The head is a 2 finger white head. Quite fluffy looking and long lasting. There's a bit of lacing on the glass.
The aroma is very malty. There's a ton of cereal going on in this beer. Hints of buttery biscuit. Slight hint of caramel.
Taste - There's a ton of caramel in the flavor, and it is somewhat intense. The caramel lingers and is added to on the backside by a good hit of cereal grain.
Very smooth drinking and good body. Hints of carbonation tickle my tongue.
Quite tasty and a good beer by Blackstack.

16oz can. No dating information found.
Mostly clear, pale gold colored body. One finger of white head; this becomes a cap and ring. A few lacing spots remain behind.
Aroma of honey malt and caramel malt. Slight fruity/floral notes.
Taste is big with caramel malt with honey coating. Silky sweet. Later on the green apple and orange join in. Sweet nectar in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouth feel. Coats the mouth and tongue. Bitterness level is low. Good carbonation.
A poundable Fest beer.
