Appearance: Pours a mostly hazy (30% clarity) light to medium yellow color with a moderate white head. SRM of 5-6. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of lemon citrus, tropical pineapple with some zesty mango. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong and juicy flavors of lemon citrus ,tropical pineapple, zesty mango. Mildly tart with some juiciness off the end. Relatively dry. (3.75)
Feel: Light to medium bodied, strong carbonation and finishes clean with a light tartness. (4.00)
Compared to BlackStack Citra... but make it Pop 12/2022: Pours identical, milder aromas. More tropical pineapple and zesty mango. Less lime citrus and floral herbal notes.
Overall: This one is alright, good, but nothing out of the ordinary for BlackStack. I'm not a huge fan of the original 755 and I don't think this one really added much here. Maybe a little bit of mango from the Azacca but that's about it. Dry, crisp, and drinkable which is nice. (Rating: 3.85)
