Appearance: Pours a layered, nearly completely clouded (10% clarity) medium to deep golden orange color with a moderate white head. SRM of 8. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong and juicy aromas of sweet lemon citrus and honey mixed with sweet pineapple and green/white melon.
Flavor: Strong flavors of sweet and tropical pineapple, white and green melon. honeydew melon off the end with some sweetness.
Feel: Heavier bodied. Strong carbonation and finishes relatively clean with a bit of floral and white honeydew melon lingering.
Compared to Modist Forbidden Canyons 12/2022: Pours lighter. More juicy and tropical notes. More citrus, pineapple, melon. less dank and resinous herbal notes. Similar body and sweetness. Winner: Killer Bees
Overall: A nice imperial IPA here. Captures some of the juicy lemon citrus (with a touch of honey), tropical and sweet pineapple and tropical melon notes. Sweet, but juicy. The honey isn't overpowering. I don't like a lot of imperial IPAs and this one pushes the limits in terms of ABV, but I have to admit that this one drinks very nicely. (Rating: 4.06)

8 ounce pour - $6.00 at Woodstock Beer Market in Woodstock, Georgia.
Appearance: A soft, bright yellow corn soup kind of hue with a goodly foamy, white head.
Smell: Abundantly citrusy, floral-scented peach nectar and a mashed red berry accent with a generous pour-over of silky homemade oat milk.
Taste: Soft cushiony, oat-laden malt bill. Citrusy (lemon-lime, orange), tropical, floral with some tangy red berries and hard watermelon candies. Not particularly bitterness. Growing alcohol presence culminating in a bit of a sting adjoining the aftertaste. Lightly creamy finish with a rustic, grainy accent lingering.
Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Pretty solid.

Can. White head. Some lace. Hazy yellow gold color.
Sweet. Honey dew, melon, mango. Floral, earthy, lightly bitter. Strong and boozey. Starting to get burnt out on some of these Blackstacks.

Pours a nice hazed lemon wheat color with a fresh white head . Its a 9 hop 2IPA,nothing new for Blackstack. Smell has citrus ,melon, white wine ,berries and garden musk . Taste follows the nose its fruity and hoppy soft honey malts and wheat in finish. A very soft and non bitter mouth feel some honey sweetness with ABV well hidden has lots of sweetness in finish.
