Whoa there, pull the reins back a lil' boss. Aggressive amounts of Citra, Strata, Mosaic Cryo & Experimental HBC 586 lifted on a Pilsner base with excessively audacious quantities of oats & wheat. It's like "yeah... we get it... you're super thirsty."

BlackStack You're Compensating NEIPA, 7.2% ABV. Pours hazy gold with a two-finger off-white head that left nice lacing. Aroma is orange and other citrus. Flavor is light hoppy citrus, zest, slightly sweet, slightly bitter, no pine trees, juicy. Excellent mouthfeel with commensurate carbonation. Overall outstanding.

Appearance: Pours a nearly completely hazy (10% clarity) light yellow/golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 6. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of lemon citrus, unripened citrus peel, guava, pineapple, and mango skins. (4.25)
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange and lemon citrus, pineapple and guava. A slightly astringent mango skin flavor underneath. Mildly sweet. (4.00)
Feel: Medium-bodied, strong carbonation, relatively clean. (4.00)
Compared to The Veil IdontwantoBU! 3/2023: Pours lighter, clearer, stronger aromas. More lemon citrus zest and pineapple. More mango skin. Less orange creamsicle and tropical peach yogurt. More juicy and stringent. Less of a creamy oat malt body.
Overall: A very nice showcase of hops here and a well-made NEIPA. No frills but all flavors. Nice Citra flavors with some zest with some mango skin flavors from the Strata. Also a decent guava flavor from the HBC. Balances well and drinks extremely well. (Rating: 4.11)
