This is the BlackStack fam checking in to make sure all you silver surfers are feeling your waviest. We upped the ante on one of our favorite IPAs, "WAVY". This one is swelling with out hand-selected Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo & Sultana, formerly known as Denali, & we think it's, well... swell. There's no ride like the barrel. Cowabunga. Free Max B.

Appearance: Pours a nearly completely hazy (20% clarity) medium to pale yellow/golden color with a moderate white head. SRM of 7. (3.75)
Aroma: Strong aromas of ripe pineapple, dank pine. Orange and grapefruit citrus underneath. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong and juicy flavors of orange and grapefruit citrus, cantaloupe melon, mango, right pineapple. The dank And resinous Pine quality underneath. Juicy and slightly sweet. (4.25)
Feel: Medium bodied, lower than usual carbonation. Alcohol slightly detectable. Juicy and Piney. (3.75)
Compared to BlackStack Slumber Party 7/2023: Pours identical, stronger aromas. More juicy pineapple, mango, pine. Less herbal and dank citrus and cannabis. Similar sweetness, but juicier. Winner: Catch a Wave
Overall: Pretty good hops and flavors in this one. Nice combo of Mosaic and Sultana. Tropical yet with some of the Sultana to give it a ripe pineapple and bright pine flavor. Nice juiciness, a hint undercarbonated. Probably would be a bit better taming down the ABV slightly. Pretty good stuff overall. (Rating: 4.11)
