Brewed with our buds & famed State Fair craft sud slingers Ball Park Cafe for their "Kickoff to Summer" event at the State Fairgrounds. Featuring double portions of a particularly juicy quartet of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Cashmere & El Dorado hops.

Opaque Mountain Dew colored appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice off-white head; strong, frothy tree-rung lacing.
Grapefruit, orange soda & table sugar notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Tangy orange soda, grapefruit, dry ganja & mild table sugar flavors.
A messy, tangy, artificially sweet beer; not one I could ever drink again. I'm getting too old for this shit... (Danny Glover gif)

A rough pour yielded a nice off-white head; strong, frothy tree-rung lacing.
Grapefruit, orange soda & table sugar notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Tangy orange soda, grapefruit, dry ganja & mild table sugar flavors.

Appearance: Pours a mostly hazy (20% clarity) light and bright yellow color with minimal head. SRM of 5. (3.50)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange citrus, tropical melon green guava, melon, lime. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange citrus, pineapple, green guava, melon, sweet lime. Juicy, tropical and leans sweet. (4.00)
Feel: Medium to heavier body, lower carbonation finishes juicy and slightly sweet. (3.50)
Compared to BlackStack Thread Count 7/2023: Pours similar, milder head. Milder aromas. More orange, tropical green melon. Less lime, citrus, guava, papaya, pineapple. Sweeter, flatter, less flavorful.
Overall: High hopes for this one. Mosaic and Cashmere - Check. Collab with Fair State - Check. Sort of disappointed though. Some nice lime and green melon flavors, but overall pretty ordinary, flat, and undercarbonated. Not terrible, but glad I didn't pick up more than one. (Rating:
