We brewed this properly monikered beverage to bring you back with that still steamin' flavor, courtesy of loads of apples, cinnamon & baking spices with our foeder fermented mixed culture berliner base... just like old times.

Body color is opaque apple juice. No real head, but a few bubbles from a hard pour. Actually leaves behind some hieroglyphics of lacing.
Aroma is apple pie - apples with allspice and cinnamon, and a bit of lactic acid. Smells tart.
Taste is initially a little tart and then gets progressively sweeter through the profile. Lots of apples and pie spices.
Syrup mouth feel. Sweet on the tooth. Supportive carbonation.
Tasty recipe and well executed. Progressing the fruited sour beer. Mild on the tart.
