Our buds from Toppling Goliath came back up to up the ante on our previous prehistoric brews. Paying homage to their dino classics & the not infrequent jokes we get about the amount of plants in our taproom, we used earth rattling quantities of our hand-selected Citra & Citra Cryo with Riwaka & Nelson Sauvin. A whole new universe of oil. Tread lightly.

Good look and overall beer. Starts off with lots of fruit and ends bit boozy.

From a 16oz can. the 3rd in the series with Toppling Goliath ,this one is a beast at 12% . Pours a hazy golden wheat color with a great head and lacing. Smell is tropical hops with sweet malts . tast has pineapple,papaya,melon and citrus . Mouth feel is sweet juicy with fruited hops ,ABV no where in sight , this was delicious and went fast .
