Pours hazy white/orange. A thin white head that goes to edge foam. Very low carbonation. No head retention. Aroma is sweet candy and lightly floral. Taste is very sweet, tropical and all over the place. Mouthfeel is average with a lightly gritty finish.. They have better offerings.

Appearance: Pours a nearly completely hazy (20% clarity) light orange color with a moderate white head. SRM of 5. (4.00)

Aroma: Strong aromas of orange citrus, tangerine, tropical pineapple, pear, tropical melon, papaya and mango. (4.00)

Flavor: Strong and juicy flavors of tropical orange, tangerine, green papaya, pear, and coconut. Some cantaloupe and berry sweetness with green melon, mango off the end. Juicy, tangerine, some pear and pineapple. Tropical and sweet off the end. (4.25)

Feel: Medium to heavier body, leans sweet on the finish. (4.00)

Compared to BlackStack Do Not Duplicate 8/2023: Pours lighter, milder aromas and head. More tropical tangerine, pineapple, green papaya and melon. Less grapefruit, pineapple zest, mango skin. Sweeter and heavier.

Compared to BlackStack I Thought You'd Never Ask 9/2023: Pours darker, stronger head. Milder aromas. More tropical orange, tangerine, pineapple, melon, mango. Less grapefruit citrus, zest, OJ, green papaya. More tropical, softer, and sweeter.

Overall: Lots of hops going on here. Definitely tropical tangerine and sweetness. Lots of tropical and berry Mosaic with a bit of that green papaya/coconut flavor from the Talus. Enter the Dragon had a lot of promise. Mosaic, Lotus, Talus. I do love Talus. Sort of a hodgepodge of hops though that didn't blend together all that well and ended up a bit too much of a sweet mess. It's got an intense tangerine and tropical sweetness to it. A little too sweet for my liking. (Rating: 4.00)
