16 oz can canned 8/17/23 into a tall Lager glass.
L: Pours clear burnished light copper with a thin white head that quickly recedes to a skin, steady carbonation bubbles, random spotty lacing.
S: Gentle malts, a hint of bread, grains, hints of raisins & figs.
T: Lightly toasted cereal grains, caramelized malts, orange, citrus zest, grapefruit zest, a hint of tangerine, honey, distant crackery bread, has a zesty and lightly resinous linger. It is fairly fruity and moderately sweet over bitter.
F: Slightly brisk then smooth medium bodied feel with a medium long finish that is very lightly drying.
O: A very well balanced and tasty beer that is quenching and refreshing. IMHO fruit tastes dominate the malts but not by much. Brisk and lightly sweet. Great with food. It is very good to excellent in its style.
