Getting serious with our buds at Corporate Ladder Brewing Co. in Palmetto, Florida. Creating synergies with boundless upside between our combined approaches to IPAs along with some of our selected NZ Nectaron, NZ Nelson Sauvin & Experimental HBC 1019. It might look like we're having fun, but when it comes to these hops... we're strictly business.

Can. White head. Cloudy golden yellow color.
Better than most BS offerings I’ve had lately. Tropical and juicy. Soft. Floral hopes.

Appearance: Pours a nearly completely hazy (10% clarity) dusky, medium pale golden color with a mild white head. SRM of 8. (3.50)
Aroma: Strong aromas of grapefruit citrus, orange rind, some tropical pineapple, green guava, grape. Hints of mango underneath.
Flavor: Strong, juicy flavors of grapefruit citrus, lemon, zest, tropical pineapple, upfront. This fades into a green guava, green grape, and dry mango skin of the end. Yeasty, and mildly sweet. (4.00)
Feel: Medium to heavier body, strong, carbonation, and yeast. Juicy, zesty, and somewhat sweet and juicy, but lacking mouthfee. (3.50)
Compared to BlackStack Crowd Control 10/2023: Pours darker, similar head. More zesty citrus, grapefruit rind, green guava, grape, mango skins. Less tropical pineapple, strawberry melon. Zestier, yeastier and dryer.
Compared to Phase Three Tonal Range 11/2023: Pours lighter, stronger head. More juicy citrus, white grape, zest. Less orange citrus, orange flower, mango. Juicier, heavier, and sweeter with more zest.
Compared to BlackStack 100 Year Jubilee 11/2023: Pours darker, stronger head. Stronger aromas. Less grapefruit citrus zest, guava, white grape, lychee, and pear. More juicy orange, pineapple, melon. Less green and a bite. Sweeter and less refined. Winner: 100 Year Jubilee.
Compared to BlackStack Threading The Needle 11/2023: Pours darker, hazier, similar head. Milder aromas. More sweet orange and melon. Less lemon citrus, citrus flower, bright pineapple and pine. Heavier and sweeter. Winner: Threading The Needle
Overall: Quite good. Unfamiliar with HBC1019. This one has a lot of citrus zest, guava, green grape. Zesty, hoppy, and dry.
Strictly Business is super fresh so it should tame down a bit and evolve. I'm looking forward to see how this one evolves, but good ratings so far.
Edit: As it evolves has a strong OJ and pineapple juice flavor with some sweet grape juice underneath. Juicy, zesty, and sweet. Pretty big and bold and hits you in the mouth. Lacking mouthfeel though and too high ABV. (Rating: 3.92)
